First off we are a mom-and-pop shop and we are here to help make some memories. Each rental will come with a local discount to a business or restaurant that may be partnering with us for the month. (Value can vary). We offer unlimited milage during your rental. Don't worry about how many miles you have driven... just kick back and cruise!
100% Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and eligible for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
No Shows/ Same Day Cancellations: Non-refundable

Your rental does include rental insurance, but only for those listed drivers in the rental agreement. If you are renting with a group all drivers of the Moke must be listed and provide proof of valid driver's license.
Yes! The Moke is a low speed vehicel that can be driven on any road with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or less. The Moke can NOT be driven on beaches, bike pathes, golf courses, sidewalks, or highways. Drivers and passengers must obey all state and local traffic laws as per any other driver on the road.
Up to 40 miles or 8 hours... this is plenty of cruising distance to easily enjoy all that Carlsbad Village and Coastal Oceanside have to offer ! While likely never needed, there is a 110V charger in your trunk should charging be needed.
Mokes will come with the top already on. If you would like to have the top off at the time of rental please let us know.
The Moke seats up to 4 people (1 driver +3 passengers). Seatbelts are required at all times . Children under the age of 13 are NOT permitted to ride in the front passenger seat. All normal car seat and seat belt requirements apply.

In rare incidence you can not reach us by phone, please immediately email all photos to carlsbadmoke@outlook.com. Evidence of the vehicles condition is required to be documented on all 4 sides before the Moke is turned and after the Moke is returned.

There is a spare on the back of the Moke. The renter is responsible for changing the flat tire before returning the Moke. Equipment to change the tire can be found in the Moke trunk. In the unlikely event a tire was changed, please report this to customer service at the time of return. 858.775.7104.
Yes ! We know your furbabies are your family as are ours ! Please note- there are no tie downs for your pet inside the vehicle. Renters will be responsible for any damage to seats.
We want you to enjoy the most of your rental and understand weather can be unpredictable. We are happy to honor a change of date in the event of rain within 24 hours of your booking based on availability OR a future credit for any ride which is transferable within 6 months of original rental date.
